Employer Branding Academy
Trying sucks. Doing rocks.
“The training was incredibly valuable – especially in helping me understand the employer branding process as a whole. One of the most rewarding aspects was the exchange within such a diverse group of participants. We came from a wide range of industries and brought very different experiences to the table, which generated a wealth of practical insights. The many real-world examples were absolutely on point – it couldn’t have been better. Don’t overthink it: just do it!”

Your Path to Employer Branding Expertise
Certification Programme Employer Brand Manager
In this employer branding seminar, you’ll learn how to develop and manage an employer brand in a practical, hands-on way. You’ll discover how to translate a branding strategy into an HR concept for your organisation and turn it into modern people management. Along the way, you’ll also develop your own expertise and confidence in employer branding. All courses take place online and are designed to fit alongside your professional commitments.
The seminar is divided into four modules, each lasting three days. Seminars start in November and March.
After completing the programme, you will know how to …
set up and manage an employer branding process,
develop an Employer Value Proposition (EVP),
embed the employer positioning throughout the organisation,
activate the employer positioning in relevant talent markets,
create and sustain an effective Employer Brand Experience,
establish, manage and bring effective Employer Brand Management to life.
Depending on the participants’ starting point and organisational context, the learning objectives may focus on national, international or global employer branding processes.

Our trainers and Employer Branding instructors
All trainers delivering our HR development programmes have either spent many years in management roles across Human Resources, people management and organisational development, or teach at universities. As Employer Branding experts, they have turned their passion into their profession, supporting organisations around the world in developing strong employer brands.
As trainers, they are deeply committed to raising the standard of Employer Branding.
Why? Because they know what’s possible.
Winning over the best talent in the market. Competing for candidates with much larger organisations — even as a smaller company. Or inspiring employees through shared values and purpose, rather than relying solely on attractive salaries and work-life balance.
That’s typical DEBA: we don’t just teach the theory — we go deep into real-world practice. Because we love turning expertise into success stories.
